Psychotherapy
I will try to listen empathetically in order to understand you fully and compassionately. Together we will reflect on your life with the goal of helping you to find relief from your distress. We will work to improve your relationships with parents, children, a spouse or significant other. We may also work to improve your performance at school or deal more effectively with your boss. Some clients also seek help to become better leaders. In sum, we will collaborate with the objective of helping you to live with more vitality and feel more connected to others in a healthy manner.
I offer a free phone
consultation. To arrange a time, send an email to jamesbleiberg@gmail.com.
